Kelly Mac Millan has served California through her nonprofit management and advocacy work for over 20 years. Primarily focusing on women’s health, Kelly has been a champion for breast cancer patients, domestic violence and sexual assault victims and California’s underserved.

In 2019, Kelly joined Political Solutions as a Lobbyist on the health care team. At Political Solutions she provides advocacy and lobbying services to multiple health care clients in the non-profit and private sector including Susan G. Komen.

In 2012, Kelly was recruited to serve as Executive Director of Susan G. Komen Northern and Central California and successfully led the organization through a merge and 29 county expansion. Kelly also served as the State Chair of the Komen California Public Policy Collaborative Committee and led advocacy efforts for six years in the state capitol and Washington D.C. Through Kelly’s leadership, Komen was able to pass landmark bills in 2016 – 2018 benefiting California breast cancer patients. She was also elected to serve as the Southwest Region Komen Representative on the National Komen Affiliate Leadership Council.
